Quality has always been of primary importance at Tecop India. Our products are a vital infrastructural input, and we deliver the best possible quality. The manufacturing process is meticulously scrutinized right from the procurement of raw materials until the final dispatch of finished goods.

The plants, located in the industrial areas of Chopanki, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), close to New Delhi, are ISO certified with a special emphasis on health and safety at the workplace. Meeting the exacting standards and procedures of designing, production, and supply.

Computerized equipment at our Quality Assurance and Testing Laboratories tests our wire very stringently under all the parameters as per the requirements of relevant quality standards or the client’s specified requirements. Quality checks also include raw material and in-process inspections; sample, routine, type, acceptance, and other special tests at every stage.

The plants are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, as technology plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process. Our highly professional engineers and technicians are passionately committed to delivering distinctive quality each time. Constant training, in the form of production and quality workshops, ensures that our employees are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Testing Phase

Phase1: Intensive Testing

Every coil produced goes through rigorous testing by a separate department. Integrated “in-line” processes are always on the lookout for magnetizable inclusions and surface flaws.

Phase 2: Product Evaluation

The quality of the goods is thoroughly evaluated while all pertinent manufacturing process characteristics are being tracked, recorded, and utilised for monitoring. Separately, two rod samples from each coil are removed and utilised for destructive testing.

Phase 3: Packaging

Properties such electrical conductivity, surface quality, microstructure quality, tensile strength, chemical composition, and recrystallization behaviour are assessed and compared to predetermined target values. The rod is only authorised for dispatch if it completely satisfies the established standards.
