What is Bunched Copper Wire?
Bunched copper wire is produced by bunching or bundling a number of tiny copper wires to create a bigger copper conductor. High electrical and thermal conductivity, very flexible wires, soft and annealed, and highly conductive are some of the qualities of bunched copper wire.
We offer a range of bunched copper wires that have been specially engineered and manufactured as per the needs and requirements of the customers of that particular range. Pure electrolytic-grade copper is used in the manufacturing of a range of products that meet all industry standards. In a bid to offer a complete range of wire solutions and a single window for all the needs of our customers, we have substantially expanded the range of products.
Bunched copper wire and cable meets or exceeds the following ASTM specifications:
- B-1 Hard-Drawn Copper Wire.
- B-3 Soft or Annealed Copper Wire.
- B-8 Concentric-Lay-Stranded Hard, Medium-Hard or Soft Copper Conductor.
- B-2 Medium-Hard Copper Wire.
- B-33 Tinned Conductors.
- B-787 19 Wire Combination Unilay-Stranded Soft copper wire.
Application:
For aerial power transmission and distribution line, circuit ground connections as well as machinery and equipment grounding.
